Fruit salad
1 small watermelon
3 pints assorted berries
2 limes – juiced and zested
½ cup honey
¼ cup fresh mint
Directions:
- Wash and dry all produce
- Discard watermelon rind and cut into bites sized pieces, cut berries into bite sized pieces
- Place cut up fruit in a large bowl
- Juice and zest limes
- Chop mint
- In a small container mix honey, chopped mint, lime juice, and lime zest
- Pour mixture over fruit
Best served the same day.
