Fruit salad

1 small watermelon

3 pints assorted berries

2 limes – juiced and zested

½ cup honey

¼ cup fresh mint

Directions:

  1. Wash and dry all produce
  2. Discard watermelon rind and cut into bites sized pieces, cut berries into bite sized pieces
  3. Place cut up fruit in a large bowl
  4. Juice and zest limes
  5. Chop mint
  6. In a small container mix honey, chopped mint, lime juice, and lime zest
  7. Pour mixture over fruit

Best served the same day.
