Our Beekeeping Odyssey

Our journey began in May 2021 when Tom and I, Michele, ventured into the world of beekeeping by purchasing two nuc-sized hives from a fellow local beekeeper. Little did we know that this decision would ignite a deep fascination and passion for honey bees within us. As we delved into the intricacies of beekeeping, we couldn't help but be captivated by the incredible life of these remarkable creatures.

Driven by our love for honey and our desire to support our local community, we embarked on a path of growth and learning. Today, our apiary has flourished, and we proudly maintain 85 hives scattered across the breathtaking landscapes of the Finger Lakes. Our shared enthusiasm for providing the finest locally sourced honey and spreading awareness about honey bees has become the cornerstone of our mission.

With every jar of honey, we produce, we strive to deliver an exceptional taste that embodies the essence of our region. Our bees diligently collect nectar from the abundant wildflowers and blossoms that adorn the Finger Lakes, resulting in a unique flavor profile that captures the richness of our local ecosystem.
